1. What will it cost for my first consultation?
Answer: The first consultation is absolutely free. Attorney Kessler will meet with you for up to 45 minutes to discuss your case either at the office or at your home if you are unable to come to the office.
2. How much will representation cost?
Answer: Each case is different. A written agreement is issued in each case of representation and the financial details in plain English. Remember the first consultation is free.
3. If I am injured, will I have to pay a fee if I don’t recover any money?
Answer: Personal injury cases are usually taken on a contingency basis. That means no fee will be charged unless there is a recovery. However, any costs expended have to be reimbursed.
4. I work and cannot take time off from work. Is that a problem?
Answer: The short answer is that Attorney Kessler will meet with you at night, Saturdays or Sundays. However, there will be times that you must attend court and court is only open Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
5. What do I have to do to consult with Attorney Kessler?
Answer: Call anytime, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. E-mail and fax 24 hours, 7 days a week. In emergencies, Attorney Kessler’s home number is in the New Milford telephone directory.
